Description of Champagne Brut
This blend of Pinot Meunier, flagship of our valley of the Marne, will seduce you with its crystalline clarity and aroma.
Its ample and fresh palate unveils all the harmony and generosity of Pinot Meunier.
Ideal for the aperitif, it will be the perfect companion for fish and shellfish dishes.
The ideal serving temperature is around 8°C. Below that temperature the wine is too cold making aromas harder to detect.
Champagne will keep well for several years if stored on its side in a cool, dark, draft-free place.
